can we resell to specific industries you compete in?
yes. we don't have a non-compete clause for partners. if you want to white-label scrb for a specific niche we already cover (etsy, shopify, amazon), that's fine — your customers will never know the engine underneath.
do you take a cut of what we charge our customers?
no. you charge your customers whatever you want — $20/mo or $2,000/mo. we take $500/mo flat. the markup is yours.
can our customers see "powered by scrb" anywhere?
not unless you want them to. white-label means white-label. there's an opt-in "powered by" footer if you want one (some partners do, for liability optics) but it's off by default.
what happens at 5,001 generations a month?
nothing breaks. we just email you and discuss volume pricing — typically $0.04 per extra generation, with discounts at 10k+ and 50k+ tiers.
can I migrate off later if I build my own?
yes. all customer data exports as JSON; templates export as plaintext. there's no lock-in clause and no migration tax. we'd rather you stay because the engine is good than because the contract traps you.
do you do enterprise contracts?
no. self-serve only. if you need a procurement-approved MSA with redlines, scrb white-label is not the right fit; we don't have the legal team for it.
