1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scrb ("Service"), an AI-powered product description generator operated by vøiddo ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

scrb is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, SEO metadata, marketing copy, and related content for e-commerce platforms. The Service is available through web application, browser extensions, CMS plugins, and API.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are available at scrb.voiddo.com/#pricing.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Local currency conversion and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal.

5. Free Tier

The free tier includes a limited number of generations per month as specified on the pricing page.
Free tier usage is subject to rate limiting.
We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.
Free tier accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan includes a specified number of generations per billing cycle.
Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Automated or programmatic usage via API is permitted only on Pro and Business plans.
Abuse, including automated sign-ups to circumvent limits, reselling generated content as a competing service, or generating illegal or misleading content, may result in account termination.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by scrb is produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, free from errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or using it commercially.
We do not claim ownership of content generated for you. Generated content is yours to use commercially.
We do not guarantee uniqueness. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.
The Service may refuse to generate content that violates our content policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by vøiddo and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any input data you provide to the Service.
You grant us a limited license to process your input data solely for providing the Service.
Generated output content is licensed to you for commercial use.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data or generated content to third parties.

10. API Usage

API access is available on Pro and Business plans.
API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
We reserve the right to revoke API keys used in violation of these Terms.

11. Browser Extensions and Plugins

Extensions and CMS plugins are additional access points to the Service, subject to the same Terms.
Extensions request only the permissions necessary for their functionality.
Extensions may collect page data (product titles, images, URLs) solely for generating content. This data is not stored beyond the generation session.

12. Availability and Support

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Support is provided via email at support@voiddo.com.
We do not provide phone support.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion via support@voiddo.com.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
