Use the main app when you want full history, plan controls, API keys, and billing.
- Sign in at scrb.voiddo.com/app.
- Create or rotate API keys in settings.
- Manage plan and invoices from your account dashboard.

Browser extension
Use the extension on product pages when you want one-click extraction and generation without switching tabs.
- Install from Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
- Open a product page, click the scrb icon, review the detected details, then generate.
- The extension runs only when you click it.
WordPress / WooCommerce
Install the WordPress plugin when your products live in WooCommerce.
- Install scrb AI Product Descriptions.
- Paste your scrb API key in plugin settings.
- Open a WooCommerce product and generate copy from the editor panel.
Shopify
The Shopify app opens inside Shopify admin and connects your store to your scrb account.
- Install the app from Shopify and open it from the Apps menu.
- Connect a scrb API key once.
- Generate descriptions, review them, then apply the selected copy to the product.
API keys
API keys start with scrb_. Keep them private. If a key is exposed, rotate it from settings and update the connected plugin or extension.
Common fixes
- Key rejected: copy a fresh key from settings and make sure there is no extra space at the beginning or end.
- No products in Shopify: reopen scrb from Shopify admin after install so Shopify attaches the shop session.
- WooCommerce panel missing: make sure WooCommerce is active and you are editing a product, not a post or page.
- Generation limit reached: upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.
Support
Send the account email, platform, browser, and a short description of what failed to support@voiddo.com. For billing, refunds, and invoices, include the Paddle charge date if you have it.
