Refund Policy

1. Overview
scrb is a digital subscription service operated by vøiddo. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.
2. Free Tier
scrb offers a free tier with 5 generations per month. No credit card required. We encourage you to test the Service using the free tier before subscribing to a paid plan.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal.
- Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
- Cancellation is immediate and does not require contacting support.
4. Refund Eligibility
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, provided you have used fewer than 20 generations during that period.
- Refunds for subsequent billing periods (renewals) are not available, as the Service has been provided for the billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: A full refund is available within 14 days of the annual payment, provided you have used fewer than 50 generations during that period.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@voiddo.com with subject: "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Paddle
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 7-day (or 14-day for annual) eligibility window
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial billing period refunds (we do not prorate monthly subscriptions)
- Usage above the refund eligibility threshold (20 or 50 generations)
7. Downgrades
- You may downgrade to a lower plan at any time.
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
- No refund is provided for the difference between plans within a billing period.
8. Service Issues
If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Contact support@voiddo.com with details.
9. Paddle's Role
As Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are technically processed by Paddle. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding your refund. See Paddle's buyer terms.
