Does scrb generate the full Alibaba supplier listing or just the description?
scrb generates the long-form description body (the rich text block that dominates the product detail page), plus structured attributes: title, MOQ, tiered pricing copy, specifications table, certifications block, packaging details, factory capacity line, HS code suggestion, payment terms, and B2B FAQ. Alibaba's structured attribute fields (item category, brand, material dropdown) still need to be filled in manually on the Alibaba seller dashboard - scrb's output gives you the prose to paste into those fields, but we don't auto-submit to Alibaba (no official Alibaba seller API for listing creation).
Can I use this for AliExpress retail listings too?
AliExpress is B2C retail and needs different framing - see our AliExpress Description Generator. Alibaba is B2B wholesale and the copy structures are fundamentally different (MOQ vs single-unit, FOB vs all-in retail price, bulk packaging vs retail packaging). Using B2C copy on Alibaba signals amateur to sourcing buyers.

Yes. Alibaba's description editor accepts HTML (p, ul, li, strong, table, img tags). scrb outputs valid HTML with only tags Alibaba preserves on save. The output paragraphs are sized so that Alibaba's mobile view doesn't truncate the MOQ and pricing block below the fold.
What about certifications I don't have - will scrb fabricate them?
No. scrb only mentions certifications that you supply as input. If the input says "CE, RoHS," output lists CE and RoHS. It won't add "FDA approved" or "ISO 9001 certified" unless explicitly given. Fabricating certifications on Alibaba listings is a fast path to account suspension, so we treat certification inputs as strict allow-lists, not suggestions.
